Lions and Languages

    Hi, I'm Marissa. I don't like to put much personal information about myself on the internet, so I'll just say I like lions and dolphins, and that's my introduction.
  
     One of the things I enjoyed about the films that were made by the Polish man is, even though he spoke a different language, and the news broadcast was in a different language, we could still understand everything we needed to about those films. And the films were completely enjoyable, and you could easily forget that you spoke a different language than the filmmaker. I hope that despite these long, awkward sentences I just wrote, you can understand what I'm getting at. Pictures and music are ways that people can communicate despite language boundaries, and film can be just those two things, pictures and music. So, with film and creativity, you can communicate with anybody! Pretty awesome.
